Fees and Billings

General Practitioners at this practice Bulk Bill all patients who hold a Medicare Card. Overseas Visitors without Medicare are charged a $50.00 consultation fee. Any additional fee will be advised in advance by our Doctors

After Hours/Home Visits

Home Visits are available for regular patients of this Practice who is disability or in the condition that can not attending the surgery during normal surgery hours. If you require a home visit please phone Sydney Medical Service Co-operative on 02 8724 6300.

Emergency Situations

In an emergency, please dial 000 for an ambulance, or go to your nearest hospital.

Interpreter Service/NABS

We have access to an Interpreter through TIS. Please enquire at Reception when you arrived at Clinic.

Longer Consultations

If a patient requires a longer than normal consultation time, an appointment can be made. Please advise us when making appointments.

Appointments

Our practice sees patients on an appointment basis from 9.00 am daily, but walk-in patients also welcomed. But please be advised that priorities will be given to appointment patients unless you are in an emergency. Appointments can be made by telephoning our surgery and are encouraged.

Results

Your Doctor will advise when results are expected to arrive back at the Practice. See your Doctor to find out your results and appointments are also required for results.

Telephone Calls

Doctors may be contacted during normal surgery hours, and will answer most calls, or return them at an appropriate time, depending on urgency. Your call will always be put through to the Doctor in an emergency
